This was the 8th annual pub crawl through the wilds of Fremont and we haven't missed one yet. This year's Troll Stroll had the most bars (10), the most participants (1,500) and raised the most money ($60,000) of all the previous events. Tori's Pub Crawlers evolved into Tori's Troll Strollers last year and for 2009 we transitioned to The Fightin' G-Gnomes Drinking Team. The weather was partly sunny for a change and the crowd enjoyed the best fundraising method ever invented - drinking beer.
$40.00 got you a 7-ounce beer at each of the 10 participating taverns, food specials, a t-shirt and a whole lot of fun. There was also an afterparty at the Nectar Lounge Dyno Jamz, The FGDT was a quintet this year, with an all-veteran crew of Robert, Carol, Tom Eksten, Connie Blumen and Russ Bosanko. We made it to 9 out of 10 stops, running out of time for the Red Door.

Check in was so fast we had some spare time to go book shopping before heading to the Triangle Tavern.
