This walk was the same day as the Olympia Great Strides, so the Troopers split their team to cover the state, with Robert going solo to Olympia and Carol and Tori teaming up with some of Carol's relatives. The Spokane connection pushed the Troopers to a new record of nine walkers. The walk was a 3-mile course on both sides of rather swollen Spokane River that started and ended at Gonzaga University. Everybody got fed pizza from David's Pizza.
