Spokane Great Strides 2002
This was a three-mile walk on the Centennial Trail starting and ending at Gonzaga University. It's probably the nicest setting for a walk we've seen so far, with the trail running alongside the snowmelt-laden Spokane River. The event's 250 walkers raised $41,000, beating its goal by $6,000. Carol's cousin Jeanette joined for the walk, and Robert and Tori helped out with the raffle drawing. Photos are a bit sparse as Robert's film didn't advance, but Carol saved the day with her shots.

(Right) Ty is CF Foundation Allison's husband, and he's at all the events lending a hand. Here he is along with Tori and Robert helping to draw the winning numbers for the raffle.
