Okay, including this stuff under the premise of 'vacation' may be a bit misleading, but I'm the webmaster and I can do what I want!
Two weeks prior to our Oregon trip we spent three days in Spokane, Washington, at the West Coast Grand Hotel. We visited some of Carol's relatives and friends in the area, and hung around the pool. The weather was sunny and warm (mid-90's) and a good time was had by all.
(Above and above left) These photos are from the big pool at the hotel. The girls seem to hold their nose quite a bit!
(Left) A required stop for us was the Museum and Art & Culture (MAC), where Carol's uncle Laurence contributed to an exhibit on small towns in Washington. Uncle Laurence is in the photo next to the yellow star.
